Q: What should I bring?
A smile! Your picnic will have everything you need but you can also check out the add-on options to make your event even more special.
Q: When should I book a luxury picnic?
As soon as you know the date and number of people you are expecting, you should book your desired day and time slot.
Q: What if the weather turns?
Your picnic can usually be setup indoors, please notate your specific backup location if you have one. We may also be able to reschedule your picnic to a later date. Read our full weather and cancellation policies here.
Q: Do you provide alcoholic beverages at luxury picnics?
No. Some packages include sparkling water or juices.
Q: How far in advance should I book a picnic or kids’ event?
As soon as you see a new event open up and you’re ready, you should book. These are intimate events so quantities are limited. If you’re booking a private event please do so at least one month early as customized item materials may require souring off-island.
Q: Are kids’ events private or public?
Pretty Pretty currently offers both! Check the events page for upcoming workshops or inquire to plan a private gathering.
Q: Can banners be shipped?
No. All banners, custom cups, and personalized keychains are for local pickup only, generally on Fridays. Please include specifications in your inquiry.
Q: Do parents get to participate in keiki events?
Yes! Parents must remain close-by and are highly encouraged to get involved. Those little hands might need backup.
